PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A seasoned broker with over thirty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and over two billion and a half dollars in sales and leasing volume. Mr. Juncadella has experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including representation of both sellers and purchasers in office, industrial and vacant land as well as the investment sales, marketing and development of such properties.

Since 1981, Mr. Juncadella has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional in South Florida, responsible for some of the largest leases, sales, and build-to suit transactions concluded in South Florida.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Juncadella has been the exclusive tenant representative for companies such as American Express, Sunglass Hut (National Headquarters), TNT Express Worldwide, TOPP Telecom, New York Life, Holliday Fenolglio Fowlers (HFF) and Ericsson GE. He had national representation for Schenker International and represented Delta Airlines Reservation Center, Ryder System, Mastec and CSA Group in their corporate headquarters relocation. Mr. Juncadella was the top producing broker at Codina Realty Services for 16 out of the 17 years he was with the company. He has won numerous awards including NAIOP’s “Broker of the Year” for 1996 and sits on the board of several prominent commercial real estate and civic organizations.

Mr. Juncadella’s hobbies include running, fishing, and Koi-keeping. He is regional board member of Lydian Bank & Trust, past president of the Key Largo Yacht Club Condominium Association, a past member of the Board of Governors of Snapper Creek Lakes Homeowners Association, chairman of the Parent Advisory Board of Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, a chairman of the Parent Association Steering Committee & President’s Club of Hillsdale College and a member of the Miami chapter of Legatus International.
