As an Associate at Fairchild Partners, Inc. Jonathan C. Lay brings more than 7 years of real estate appraisal and expertise in South Florida’ real estate industry.  Mr. Lay supports the firm’s landlord representation, tenant representation, and property acquisition and disposition with a focus on Office, Industrial, and Retail in the South Florida market.

He is licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser.  Mr Lay graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Real Estate accompanied by a double Master’s Degree in Finance and International Real Estate.  He has a keen eye for detail and is proficient in both Excel and Argus.  Mr. Lay is fluent in both English and Italian.
