PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As Senior Vice President at Fairchild Partners, Inc. since 2006 in Coral Gables, Tony Puente brings more than 20 years experience and expertise in the South Florida commercial real estate industry. Mr. Puente has represented both Landlords and Tenants in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of office properties with a total of over 700 transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Puente has represented many institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office properties in South Florida, including Hines, GE Asset Management, Tishman Speyer Properties, WealthCap USA, TA Associates Realty, Fortis, Inc., Irradio Holdings, Ltd. (Raul Alarcon). With his knowledge and experience, he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process, including identifying specific clients needs, full evaluation of the targeted markets, lease negotiations and ultimately achieving client satisfaction. Mr. Puente has been a guest speaker for several organizations such as Bankers Association and CCIM outlook conference.
LANDLORD ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Mr. Puente as account manager from 2002 to 2006 directed the leasing, management, marketing campaign and successful sale in 2006 for SBS Tower, a 320,000 square foot Class A office building in Coconut Grove. SBS Tower occupancy went from a low of 68% to 86% upon the sale of the asset valued at over 100 million dollars. In addition, under his guidance, Airport Corporate Center a 1,000,000 SF mixed use office park, leased more new square footage than any other project in the Airport/West Dade submarket in 2002 and 2003. Mr Puente was responsible for the leasing and marketing of Miami Tower, from 2008 to 2011 Miami Tower, a 600,000 RSF, IKON office building. Under his direction, Miami Tower was stabilized and sold in December 2010 for profitable sales price.

Tony earned a B.A. in finance from Florida International University and high school diploma from Belen Jesuit Preparatory High School.
